Mexican Chili And Brown Rice

I found a recipe on Pinterest that had ingredients that I didn't have
on hand and I needed a crockpot recipe. I tweaked it a little bit and
here it is.

CrockPot Mexican Chili

   1 lbs of boneless skinless chicken thighs cubed
   2 small cans of diced green chillies
   2 tsp of Adobo 
   1 cup diced frozen onion
   2 Tbs diced garlic
   4 cups of water and 4 tsp of chicken bullion
   1 can black beans
Cook on High for 4 to 5 hours.  Serve over white or brown rice.
