Rotisserie Style Chicken

I made this Rotisserie Style chicken in the Crockpot and it was delish. I changed the seasoning. I used a dry package of Italian Dressing Mix. You can also use a frozen chicken.

  1. We love this! I am usually too lazy to skin a whole chicken though, so I buy a package of split skinless chicken breasts & a package of skinless thighs. I saw your blog from a comment on Stephanie's blog when I looked up this recipe again.
